Legal fees are a source of uncertainty and angst for most family law clients. For this reason we offer set fee billing and we mean set fee. You can review our pricing page and pick the services that you require, with discounts for bundle packages.  You can also ask for either an hourly rate (this is useful for negotiation that usually has limited cost) or for set fee costs (this is useful for drafting and court appearances). When we say set fee, we mean set fee and there will not be any billing surprises.
