Children and Parenting 

This is the most important part of family law. We will assist you with ensuring that your children are protected from high conflict, protected from family violence and that their developmental needs are met by spending appropriate time with all parents and family members. You will receive advice about spend time arrangements early. You will be provided with the option of entering into a Parenting Plan or Consent Order and the process options to achieve this will be clearly outlined to you. You will also be provided with referrals to developmental psychologists and counsellors to assist with the decision making process. This also provides extra support to you and your family during this difficult time.
